Hi every one

I am applying my naturalisation in December 2015 just after two months, but yesterday I was given “Penalty Charge Notice” for parking by Edinburgh council. Which I paid straight away through their online facility.

Just wondering will it effect on my Naturalisation application and should I declare it in my application. I never have any other traffic offence before at all.

Hi,

As it's civil matter and will not effect your application but it's up to you if you want to declare it not it should be alright either way

Hi,

As it's civil matter and will not effect your application but it's up to you if you want to declare it not it should be alright either way
