Dear Friends & Seniors

I am going to apply citizenship at the end of this month via NCS. Kindly help me about some questions.

1. Can professional referee be from another city in UK? Fore example applicant from London and referee from Manchester?
2. Can second referee be your neighbor, If you live in block of flats, but not obviously in same flat?
3. Will I need to take any photo id,passport or BRP for Biometric or only Biometric letter would be enough?
4. Do I need to declare about International speeding conviction in 2013 on my Dubai Driving licence(fixed penalty about 60 DH, which I paid next day), Because I hold Dubai Residence visa,and my Dubai residence visa have no link with UK Driving Licence or Uk Status? If yes where exactly?
