Hi guys
I need an opinion about a application for naturalisation.
If someone have shown an property as an investment and pay the propertys council tax and use the address in naturalisation application form,would that be an problem?the naturalisation application form wants him to disclose all his address in uk in last 5years.the person have another house for which he is liable for council tax though his parents owned that property and he have own job for which he pay tax via PAYE..could you please share your opinion about this.

For naturalisation it's quite straightforward, you simply have to declare where you have lived for past 5 years & how you are to be contacted.

For employment history, you simply declare past employment over 10 years.

For 'good character' simply declare your character or any issues with the law, etc (& be aware of potential side effects of tax payment/non-payment from past employment, legal or otherwise).

The point of the question seems a little unclear;
are you (/ or some friend) trying to suppress details or declare details of some address or business investment or other?
