Naturalisation Without PR (4months out 5 years job seeker)

Hi all,
I'm hoping you can provide some advice with regards to my UK naturalisation application. Some background to my story:
I'm a Romanian citizen ( EEA ), first came to the UK in Sep 2009 to pursue a Masters degree.
I graduated in Sep 2010. I went back home for a month from Sep 2010 to Oct 2010. I then returned to the UK and started to actively look for jobs. I did register as a job seeker but haven't received any benefits from the government. In January 2011 I started my first job. Since then I have been in continues employed ( with small breaks of 1-2 weeks in between jobs). That brings me to 4 years and about 10 months in continuous employment in the UK.
I now want to apply for British Citizenship ( I have an nationality checking appointment at my local council tomorrow) My application is ready however my only concern is that I'm lacking 3 months for my application to be valid in terms of exercising my Treaty Rights as an employee ( I now have 6 years of living in the UK since my arrival and 4 years 10 months in continuous employment. Now theoretically I should just wait until January 2016 ( when I ll have 5 years as an employee thus 100% exercising my treaty rights) but there are high chances my company will send me to work abroad for the next 8 months which means I'll be exceeding the number of days I m allowed to be out of the UK. Thus the urgency of my application. I also didnt have CSI when I was a student thus that period doesn't count as exercising treaty rights.
Can you please advise if the 3 months I had between mid Oct 2010 and mid Jan 2011 as a job seeker count as exercising my treaty rights? I have all the applications letters, interview confirmations and rejections printed out to include in my application as proof. I just don't want to spend some much money on the application if this is deemed to be rejected.
I need to also add I also had a blue card ( for Romanian and Bulgarian nationals) issued in 2010, demonstrating I have the right to seek full time employment in the UK. In the meantime the working restrictions for Romanian and Bulgarian nationals have been lifted but the Home Office mentioned I need to include this in my nationality application to prove that I was in lawful employment.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
Best,
Raluca
