Need help with filling in AN form please
I took IELTS Cambridge English exam in May 2014 before my ILTR application. If I understand the instructions correctly, this is still valid until 5/11/2015 and I intend to submit the AN form before that date so should be fine.

I am confused about the information required in section 1.26

"Title of qualification" - I am assuming this is "IELTS Academic"?
"Level of qualification" - not sure what is requested and the useless guide does not provide any helpful information. Is this the IELTS result translated to the home office equivalent (so B1 = a minimum of 4 in listening, speaking, reading an writing etc)?
"Award reference number" - there are 14 characters available, but the "test report form number" on the IELTS certification has 18 - do I just add numbers on the side?

I did IELTS in 2007 and submitted my TRF

for the title of qualification I put IELTS Academic

level- refer to your band score, so I put Overall band score 7.5

indeed TRF reference is longer than the number of boxes available, I just wrote on the side remaining numbers, although not sure about the last one
