Naturalization questions

Hi, I am due to apply for naturalisation next month. I am concerned about my English language requirement. My IELTS expired in 2008 but HO accepted it at the time of ILR (last year). Now is this okay if I send the same expired certificate of IELTS for naturalisation as well? I got my ILR in 2014.
Other thing is this necessary to go to NCS for your application?
Thank you

Another question about biometric: My biometric was done at the time of ILR so should I mention the details of that biometric as it was done in HO (application was premium).
Please advise

Hi, I am due to apply for naturalisation next month.
1. I am concerned about my English language requirement. My IELTS expired in 2008 but HO accepted it at the time of ILR (last year 2014). Now is this okay if I send the same expired certificate of IELTS for naturalisation as well? I got my ILR in 2014.
2. Other thing is this necessary to go to NCS for sending your application?
3. There is a question in form about finger prints that: Have you had your fingerprints taken as part of a previous UK immigration application made in the UK or abroad? of course answer is yes as I had my fingerprints at the time of ILR in Dec 2014. So I have to give details about date, address etc when fingerprints were taken? I did my ILR application via premium service at HO Cryodon.

Please advise
Thank you

1. Read the guidance of list of acceptable English qualifications for BC application. There have been changes recently about certain certificates being no longer acceptable. Some posters could be in a better position to shed light on your circumstance.
2. Biometrics details - yes do provide details of your premium service (date, location etc) for ILR, pretty straight forward here.
3. Definitely recommend NCS over postal application, as via NCS they make copies of all documentation (they take original LIUK test certificate however), and you get to keep all original docs and current passport for any potential travel you may have to make. The wait for BC applications is ridiculously long, be prepared for that. Cost of NCS is worth the investment I think ensuring your application gets checked, you get to ask questions, and keeping your passport for travel.
