This might be odd.... but what does a woman wear to the ceremony?? is there like a dress code?

Search on Youtube for videos of the citizenship ceremony in different boroughs/counties. That would give you an idea of what is generally worn.
You will be meeting the mayor or other local dignitary and will be swearing an oath to the Queen. Essentially, treat it as a formal occasion. Don't turn up in jeans and tshirt (though I doubt you would be turned away if you did).
