I applied for my sons naturalization to get them register as a British citizen. Yesterday, I received a letter after around 4 months of their application that they need original birth certificate and they also mentioned how my sons name will be appearing in the application?

Can someone please advise that is this mean that the application is due to be decided soon or this is a normal process? and I need further carrying on wait??

Did you apply yourself or through NCS?

Have you requested a different name variation when registering him to what his official paperwork says?
