Need for Sponsorhsip letter post ILR

Hi
I would like to know if one needs the Certificate of Sponsorship from the employer after getting ILR stamping. Is it required for applying for British Naturalisation.

No, no need.
In fact being in employment is not a prerequisite for the privilege of citizenship.

Thanks, much appreciated. So certificate of sponsorship is not required if I am in with same employer under ILR. Is that right?

If you mean you have ILR & are planning to apply for naturalisation, there is no requirement to submit any 'certificate of sponsorship' for naturalisation.
