If visa blacklisted outside UK, naturalisation in danger?

Hello,

I applied for British Naturalisation in September 2015.
I am flying to Australia tomorrow, and have an Australian visa being processed, and we have no way of finding out whether it has been processed or not. The application has been with them for over 3 weeks. #

I am thinking of running the risk of flying to Australia on the premise that I have been granted an Australian visa in 2014, and that I had it in less than 5 working days previously, and I am in a low-risk category.

My question is, if I am allowed to fly, and I arrive in Australia without a visa, the worst-case scenario is that I get blacklisted. Would this have an impact on my UK Naturalisation application?

I don't think airline will let you fly unless you got a valid visa.

Correct. The airline won't take the risk of a substantial fine if they allow you to travel without a valid visa and you are refused entry.
