MN1 Form

You will need to provide marriage certificate if your son was born before 2006.

Section 3 is not applicable (it is for section 3(2) and section 3(5) applications).

Section 7, your husband should sign consent yes, the form is clear that both parents consent is required. As an aside, what is your husbands immigration status?

AN Form

Not sure, perhaps one of the other mods/members can advise.

Have your tried to find out about your period of illegal stay?

You risk refusal due to your period of overstay between 2002 and 2009 until you were granted refugee status and the loss of your fee.
