I and my wife, we both, got our ILR at Oct 2014. Our child was born abroad on Dec 2014.
I am going to apply for my naturalisation now. My wife can't apply now since she was abroad for 12 months after she got her ILR.

She came back with our child on Nov 2015. Our child is granted ILR as well.
Can I include the child to register as British Citizen along with my naturalisation application ?

Does the child should have lived in UK at-least for 2 years before registering as a British citizen ?

The child's registration will be at Home Secretary's discretion as per 3(1) of BNA.

It should be possible to include child's registration with your naturalisation application, as per page 12 of HO guidance:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... r_2015.pdf

You may find chapter and verse of HO guidance helpful/informative too:

There is no hard & fast period of residence specified for a young child who is applying to register as a citizen.
