Hi

In Oct 2015, I applied for Citizenship application and my application is still under process. Yesterday I was looking into old papers just realized, I missed to mention my 01 job experience for 2011 and it was for 01 day only. I was offered some job then I was told I need 02 week training before the job due I have no experience. I went on the day by taking a day off from current employer it was basically a training day plus submit all proof of work allowed / visa in UK etc. The same day I realised this was not the job which was mentioned in employment letter. I left after few hours and later next day I send them an email I am not interested in the job and will not come for further training etc.

Surprisingly that company processed my 01 day salary in Aug 2011 and comes into my account. Due that reason I also received a letter from HMRC about changing my tax code I immediately contacted HMRC and told I am not doing that job and will continue my old job. They again amend my tax code send me another letter which shows the old tax scenario. Little worried what to do now due this issue.

kindly advise if someone have such experience.

Regards

Don't be too hard on yourself, you should not be penalised for an honest mistake or oversight.

If HO caseworker does happen to have any concerns or doubts about this matter they will surely contact you for more information &/or an explanation.
