UK born Child with expired PBS dependent Visa, pls advice

Can someone kindly advice me pls,

Currently I am on Tier-1 general and my visa expires on 05 Feb 2016. I am planning to apply for ILR on 03rd Feb by post.

My UK born daughter (11 months old) holds a Indian passport and her PBS dependent visa expires on 05th Feb.

- Now the question is,
A. Do I need to apply PBS dependent visa for my daughter before her visa expires ? or
B. Can I wait until I get my ILR and apply for British passport (for my daughter)?
C. if yes , will it be considered as over stay dependent?

Many Thanks

Just a quick correction on my advice earlier.

Point b - she cannot apply directly for a passport once you have ILR. You will need to register her first on MN1.
