Hi All,
I went through this forum, but couldn't get clear idea if already answered for it.
I am sorry to ask again.

I am going to apply my Naturalisation (Tier [G] to ILR) next week. My baby due date is 23/02/2016.
My wife is off from UK in few days for the baby delivery due to survival issue here .

1) What visa can apply for my baby from abroad if I get naturalisation before my baby birth.
2) What visa can apply for my baby from abroad if I am an IL after my baby birth (suppose I am not naturalised)

Is it good to have my baby birth here in UK for future? Could you please suggest me for this situation.

1) British passport or CoE-RoA.
2) In line with your wife's.

Hi All,

My baby was born out of UK after getting my Naturalisation approval and before attending the Ceremony.
Is my baby eligible under British by descent to apply British passport or any visa like ILE from out of UK?

No, your baby is not British. You are only a British Citizen AFTER you attend the ceremony.

Had the baby been born in the UK, the baby would have automatically been British as you held ILR.

What is the visa status of the mother?

Thank you very much CR001.
Currently, mother visa is Tier1(G) dependent.

Then Vinny's advice above is correct.
