Hi,

I just saw the posts around the rule of returning BRP. My query is about my 3 yrs old daughter. She became British in Oct 2015. By that time the BRP was already expired as it was valid till April 2015. We made sure we applied for naturalization for my daughter before BRP expires. In this scenario, do we need to send the BRP back now to home office?

No, not necessary (I still have mine from a few years back). You can return it and ask for it to be destroyed though. See the link below on a discussion of this.
