english lang req - filling the form - ILR in 2012

Hi,
I got my ILR in 2012.
My degree (Bachelors in India) is giving me 10 points in PBS calculator.
From FAQs, it does seem like submitting the degree certificate and the print out from PBS is enough.
However, while filling the application form, under the section I can only see option for Naric. Can i still tick the Naric options with just PBS printout.
Has any one else submitted without English language exam and got positive response?
