Just need to clarify something with you guys..When you got the approval letter and you called the City Hall to book an appointment for the ceremony, what phone number did u called? I'm from Birmingham. I need to call Birmingham City Council with a specific department ? Thanks

You phone the Registry office, i.e the office that deals with Births, Marriages and Deaths.
