child born abroad to naturalised BC

Dear All,
just wanted to doube chceck if my child born in Poland is eligable to a British passport? child was born in January 2016. I was naturalised 1 year ago and my husband in December 2015. We are currently in Poland. I believe our daughter is British by descent?
