Hi All,

Just a few queries as regards applying for combined MN1 and passport application for my 8 month old born in UK.

1. Is it mandatory for the child to attend the appointment at the NCS? or just a parent is enough?

2. Since it is a combined MN1 and passport applicaiton, which passport application form do my child need to use? The one which you can pay online or the one that can be got from the post office?
