I am currently 21 and I want to apply for British citizenship by submitting the T-form which is based on
Me being born in the UK and having lived here for the first ten years of my life.

I have letters from schools covering my 3-10 year period here as evidence but from 0-3 I only have one vaccination record for each of these years. Is this sufficient enough evidence to submit to show I have lived here for first ten years of my life? .
Does anyone have any experience with this T form ?

- Do you have evidence that your parents were in the UK when you were 0-3 years? (NI payments, work letters, receipt of child benefit?)
- Could you get a British Citizen of a professional standing (e.g. GP) to write a letter for you confirming that you were in the UK during these 3 years? Or get the GP surgery to confirm that you were registered as their patient from 0-3 (regardless of whether you had many appointments)?
All this would certainly help your case

If you are a non-EEA national, do you have all the passports that have either been issued to you or that you were named on? That would help prove that you were resident in the UK.

I presume that you were born in the UK.

Do you also have any records of any religious ceremonies conducted on your behalf? (baptism or similar?)

Not to that my parents can recall

I just found my mother's old passport which I shared with her as a baby shouldn't this be enough evidence that I haven't left the country during my 0-3 years born here?

There's hardly any cases of a tform application from 2015 onwards that's why this is a hard form to understand

This should do, especially if sent along with other evidence such as your vaccination records.
(Even the passport on its own proves that you were in the UK but as always, the more evidence you provide, the better!)
