Hi
i would like to ask this question as i couldn't find this anywhere on internet, my wife is EU citizen she is in UK from 4 years and some 7 months also exercising treaty rights since she came and have all pay slips from 4 years.
we have a baby boy 10 months old, i want to ask how can we apply for his BC or my visa file EEA2 is still in process which i think will take long time and what will be my visa status after our son gets BC or what are ways to apply for this.
my wife don't have residence card but she is working from more than 4 years,
and is it ok if some of the payslips are missin?
Thanks
Kind regards

Where was child born?

If born in UK, child is entitled to register as a BC under s.1(3) of BNA once one parent has settled status;
- in EU context that means having acquired PR.

Use form MN1 for minors.
