Return BRP within 5 days of becoming BC- Which Address

Hi Friends,
As per new law, we have to retrun the BRP card within 5 days of becoming BC to UKBA. But while going through different post/link, I am confused to which address we should send the BRP card.
Anyone can help what is the exact address to which we should send the BRP and what we should mention there as part of cover letter or so.
