Urgent Employment query: New Director, earlier employed

Hi,

I have recently switched from working as a fulltime employee for a company to forming a limited company and becoming its Director (Aug 15). I have not paid myself a salary since then (and hence no Tax and NI) but paid myself a few dividend payments.

Do I need to do file anything before I apply for naturalisation (March 16). Will it be sufficient just to enter my tax reference code on the form?

Thanks,
KC

Guess , you have made your tax returns for 2014-2015. What I did is callled HMRC and asked them to send my tax returns for the last five years and attached along with my application and mentioned Self employed and Director in the application

You need to submit your latest Statement of Accounts from your tax service/SA online HMRC account as you are obliged via SE and non PAYE incomes.

your Tax off ice REf no. will be there.

Thanks,

I started my limited company in Nov 2015. My first VAT due is around mid of March 2016.

Corporation Tax need not paid as of now. So didn't auhmit any documents but I did mention my SA UTR and Company UTR numbers along with the tax office address.
