Date of application

Hi Experts,

Just to re-confirm, if we apply through NCS - do they consider the date of application as the day we submitted documents at NCS?
If not do you know how many days delay would be there to reach our application to home office from NCS?

Secondly, do you know how many days the Naturalization team would take to send us the Biometric recording letter? Is there any time limit in providing the Biometric details after receiving the letter? I am planning to travel soon after submitting the application and concerned on I might get delayed on reverting to their request on biometric data.

Looking forward for your expert comments

Thanks
Yem

Date of application is the date you submitted at NCS. So you must have been physically present on the same date at the start of your 3 or 5 year qualifying period.

Biometric letter can take a few weeks. You have to submit biometrics within 15 days of the letter.

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).
