Balance of Fee

Hi,
I received my biometric enrolment letter recently along with the acknowledgement of the fee being received. There is a discrepancy between the two. Can someone help explain the following:
The acknowledgement letter states that,
"A total of £1,005.00 has been received. The fee has been paid in full."
The second one, which is for getting the biometrics done states that,
"There is a balance of fee outstanding on your application. This must be paid before you provide your biometrics. If you have not paid the full fee and enrolled your biometrics within the specified timescales, your application may be considered invalid."
Has anyone seen this before? What am i missing?
