First British Passport application form Question

Could anyone give me confirmation regarding to fill the form.
Here is the question:
Has the applicant been included on ANY passport before? YES OR NO.
ANY passport, so its include my old own country passport?
How many uncancelled passports are you sending us?
This include other country passport as well? my old own country passport ( i had two passport, one expired)

Mainly for children who are included on their parents passports I think.
How many uncancelled passports are you sending us?
You need to send all uncancelled passports. They will not be 'clipped and stamped' cancelled.

To be precise, the British passports will be modified thus. I believe the foreign passports will be returned to the applicant unmodified - they are the property of foreign governments.

As far as I can tell from this thread, all the uncancelled passports of James11 are foreign passports! Did you not say that the uncancelled passports will undergo the fate of being 'clipped and stamped' cancelled?
