- I have obtained my BC Naturalisation on 30 March 2016
- I have not received my British Passport yet
- I have baby born on 5 April 2016
- Send my ILR card on 4 April 2016 after destroying

So I suppose I don't have to register my child as British Citizen under Section 1(3) and can apply his British passport straight away?

Secondly I think I don't need to show my ILR card either as I already have been Naturalized before my child born. Therefore can apply his British Passport straight away?

I be oblige if some one shed light with same experience. Thanks

Your baby is automatically British. You only need to send your naturalisation certificate to prove your are British before the birth. You can apply for the fast track passport for the child, it takes about 1 week.
