Hi my daughter has indefinite leave to remain and is 16 in July, been here sine 2006. She got her indefinite leave to remain in January 2016 and has all this previews years been my dependent. I and my son who was born here hold UK passport. My wife has indefinite leave granted in May last year after applying through long stay (10 yr rule). My question if which forms can I use for either of them and do they already qualify? What about the issue of life in the UK and English test which my wife has already done previously. Can someone advice please

Mother: use form AN to naturalise;
Daughter: use form MN1 to register at Home Secretary's discretion under section 3(1) of BNA; (assuming a minor born abroad);
As you are a BC, wife can apply as soon as requirements for privilege of citizenship have been/can be met.
Daughter may apply to register with her mother or after her (but before age 18).
For mother, LITUK will still be valid.
