Knowledge of Language Requirement

Dear all,
I need advise regarding the language requirement as it is not clear to me. If I have a master diploma from a UK university obtained in 2014 do I still need to contact NARIC and ask for a confirmation? Should I also get a letter from uni that all the courses were taught in English? Is not enough just submitting the diploma since it has the name of the university and its clear its from UK?
