payment confusion - spouse application

dear friends
my wife applied under the 3 year married to british citizen at NCS Wandsworth 3 weeks ago.
today, we got a letter
- requesting for biometric
- payment sheet not attached message with a payment slip.
we clearly filled up credit card details of MY credit card to my WIFES application. would tis have caused issue?
q1) there is no postal address to post my payment sheet ( new one). which address should i be sending this to and also the application reference number ( which i cant find anywhere!!).
q2) should my wife submit her biometric once the payment sheet has been processed by when the biometric deadline (15 days ) would be expired?(maybe)
anyone who have had similar experience , please can you help?
