I am about to apply for naturalisation. I received conditional offer to pay penalty and get 3 points which I accepted.

And now I am not sure how case worker will see it, if it went through court or it is just Fixed Penalty and out of court matter? Any suggestions?

Expiry date: 8 Jul 2016
Removal date: 8 Jul 2017

Offence details:
SP50: Exceeding speed limit on a motorway
Penalty points: 3

Court/Fixed penalty office:
2775: Northern Oxfordshire Magistrates’ Court
