Proof of address - LIUK test

Hi All,

Does anyone know whether bank statements used as proof of address for the LIUK test need to be stamped by the bank in order to be accepted? The gov.uk website says that statements given out by the bank need to be stamped (duplicates I suppose) - does this apply to paper statements that one receives in the post too? Just want to make sure as I'm not keen to lose £50

If they do need to be stamped I am in a bit of a predicament as my bank refuses to stamp statement and I do not pay utility bills either, nor do I have HO letters or a driving licence...any suggestions from anyone who was in a similar situation?

Thanks :)

The original received in post doesn't need to be stamped.
