Hi,
I am on Indefinite Leave To Remain visa for more than 2 years.
I am planning to apply for British Nationality and Passport.
Can anyone please tell me which form I need to use for nationality and what other documents I need to submit?

Sounds like you need to fill in the AN form, check your personal circumstances against the criteria in the AN guide and see what documents apply to you. Less onerous than ILR requirements. Here's a useful link:
