I am aware that you can use any NCS service. Are there any recommendations which ones I should use in London?

Many members have used Brent NCS who offer the joint AN and passport application.

It is just a form submitting service really. Anything in particular that you are concerned about or wanted to ask them? A specific NCS does not speed up the process in any way.
