passport application -do we need 2 send ILR BRP card as well

Hi guys?
I have my citizenship ceremony on 1st June, i am aware that i need to send within 5 days my ILR BRP card
but my question is i am planning to apply for british passport on same day (i.e) 1st June,
via check and send post office service,
i need to send my indian passport along with the application
is it mandatory to send ILR BRP card as well or not required any more,
because i need to send ILR card else 1000 pounds fine???
