Hi,

I am applying for my son's first British passport who was born in UK and registered as British citizen. My wife and myself have ILR. Now we wanted to verify the supporting documents.

The application form from post office
My passport and ILR
Mn1 registration certificate for my son
Son's birth certificate
My son's non British passport


Do I need to submit my wife's passport and ILR card and also is there any other documents required.

You don't need to send ur passport and ilr rest is fine.

What about marriage certificate? is it necessary?

If u look in the passport booklet it only asks for 3 things
Birth certificate
Naturalization certificate
Any passport

Today I sent my daughter's passport application and her registration certificate, they doesn't ask for birth certificate
