Hi,

Could someone share advice on below three questions. thanks in advance.

Holding ILR from 01-Oct-2015. (Tier 1 Dependent 5 years). I have been away from UK for around 550 days in 5 years. But, only 150 days away on last 3 years.

My husband becomes birth citizen by Naturalisation on Mar 2016. He got ILR on 2014.
  • 1.Can i apply naturalisation as a spouse of British citizen?

2.As my husband is not British citizen during my marriage, can i apply as spouse of BC?

3.I was away during this period (Departure 22-May-2015, Arrival 22-Aug-2015) on last 12 months. Will the departure date and arrival date will be excluded from the absence calculation ? [If included, i will be absent for 92 days]

Kindly advise?

1. Yes.
2. Doesn't matter.
3. Only whole days absences are counted.
