Hi

This isnt entirely obvious in the form but if you are a widow, do you have to put your deceased husbands details in the form? Assume I am not applying based on his citizenship, I already have ILR/NTL

The parts that confuse me are it says previous marriage details...dont want to get it wrong!

Thank you

Your question is not clear as to whether you were married to your late husband before his demise, if it was; Section 1.15 gives you opportunity to select 'widowed' as part of the option. In addition you will need to enter his entails in Section 1.32 - 1.37. If you were divorced before his demise; I think you should entered his entails as required in Section 1.38 downward. You can also add in the box for further information that he is deceased. Hope this helps?

Yes was married to him before his death.

It asks for present address in 1.36. OK to leave blank?

I assume they will see I have selected widowed.

Thank you so much for your help
