Hello experts


I am looking the right document list for my uk born son first time British passport.

He born in uk and we are applying inside the uk

So i can't send my original passport and ilr can you please advice what documents need to send and which document original is mandatory to send.

Why can't you send the originals?

You can apply using the 1 week fast track for a child passport.

I can send orignal birth certificate and British citizens certificate .but father passport and ilr we need it ncs appointment for other children's and solicitors aciting on my wife case. So couple of thing together

So only father and ilr brp can't send this as original but rest of orignal i can send.

Was the child born AFTER you got ILR?

If yes, you have to send proof of your ILR and your passport.

It's a NO my son born before my ilr. So i need to know what documents need to send finally : )

Yes

I can't understand why this is an issue.

Apply for the 1 week fast track passport and send proof of your ILR and passport with a special delivery for return of documents. If you send copies, HMPO can ask for the originals (members have experienced this). So your choice how long you want to drag it out for or just send originals first time.

Or, wait until after NCS for other applications and then apply for passport.

I guess birthday certificate of my son and British citizenship
And photos thats it ?

ILR & Passport
Child's passport (if he has one)
Registration Cert
Birth cert
Marriage cert (if born before 2006)
Photos

It is all in the guidance notes that you get with the passport form!

And also can you send me link where to apply for 1 week fast track application . I have no idea one week fast track how much it will cost to me..

Normal passport service is 3 to 6 weeks.
