Good morning,

I am an EU citizen. I've received my permanent residence card today. I live in the UK for 6 and a half year. I always have had a job during these years. I work since 2010.I also have WRS card. I passed the English test + Life in the UK test.
My question is do I have to wait another 12 months to able to apply for British citizenship or can I submit my application now? Many thanks

Assuming you meet all the standard requirements (period of absence, English language etc) you can apply now. You acquired PR after 5 years of exercising your Treaty rights in the UK and you now have confirmation of this.

Thank you for your reply. Even if the issue date of the PR card is 25/06/2016 doesn't matter as I am in the UK for more than 6 years? I am I right?
