Hi,

I am married to an EU national and have being married since 2010 October. I received my PR yesterday 25 of june 2016. I plan to apply for Citizenship and passport together since it is now possible. My question is should i wait until june next year or i can apply in october this year considering the fact that i have automatically acquire PR since october 2015 but just recently received document to proof that?

I have a bsc degree here in the UK, do i still need the english test or just confuse mainly on the life in the UK test?

what documents is required when applying?

Obie or anyone please advice.

thanks

Unless married to British citizen you will have to wait until you have completed a 12 month period after acquiring PR in October 15 which you now ave formal confirmation of. So not before October 2016.
In addition to your degree you will need a pass in the Life in the UK test.
Assuming you meet the standard conditions regarding period of absence etc, you can apply now. You will need a pass in the Life in the UK test in addition to your degree.
