Hi all,

I got ILR in July 2014 through the tier1 5year route but due to some personal reasons I am out of UK after my ILR. My question is regarding the residency requirement for naturalisation. In order to qualify under the 5 year rule, when I can apply for naturalisation?. Can I apply after one year or after five years?. Waiting for your relpy.
Thank You in advance.

As you have been out of the UK for almost two years, you are at risk of losing your ILR status. It is lost after 2 years absence and non-residence,
