Biometric Residence Permit

Dear all,
I am attending British citizenship ceremony tomorrow and I read on the Home Office letter that I need to return Biometric residence permit within 5 days after ceremony. I need to cut it and post it back.
But..I didn't receive any biometric residence card!! I have only received paper from Home Office which I have taken to the post office and registered my finger prints with them but this is not card, it is a normal sheet of paper. Is this what I need to cut and send back???
