Hi i applied for my daughter Registration as british citizen,I already recieved her certificate last week,but no documents were returned.Can some one reply is this the general practice or only in my case its happened.And also how long it takes to get back my originals documents back.Also is there any contact email add or ph no where can i Call and ak them regarding this issue,regards

The supporting documents will probably be on the way. They are sent separately to the certificate.

Hi now its 15 days after recieving my child citizenship certificate ,not yet recieved back original documents.I fill up the online form for return of documents but no gain.
Any suggestion to get them safe before they lost them.Any direct email or contact.Very worried.

Hi Now its more than a month after recieving the british citizenship certificate ,I have not recieved my supporting documents including our Passports ,Biomatric card etc.
I fill up twice the return of documents forms and also progress form after that I also called Home office and they ask these return of document and progress report ref numbers ,TheY said they wil email me regarding this but nothing comes.I had also involved my MP who have emailed them 15 days before but no reply to MP as wel.
Now we need our document urgently because we are travelling.P
Please some body advice us what we can do for getting our document back as soon as possible.We are very depressed .Is this happened to some body else as wel or only us?
What about if they lost them?
It is for sure they have not mail them becuse I send a Pre envelop for sign and tracking.
That tracking no is still saying no Mail find,
Please advice me at your earliest ,I will be so greatful for your this help.
