Born After 1st Jan 1983 in UK and living here for 12 years

Hi all,

I am in the same shoes as the lady, only difference is i was born in 1987, i have been in the UK since 2004, i have studied and always worked using my British birth certificate and my National insurance Number, i have applied for registration 3 times but i have been refused due to not having enough documents to show that i spent the first 10 years of my life in the UK, i am a responsible individual and i have a very good job at the moment.. The only thing is i can not Travel or move around which is really Depressing... Please i need your advice

Are you applying using Form T?

Are your parents here?
You say you were born in 1987 but have been in the UK since 2004 - what were you doing in between?

Thank you soo much for REPLYING,

At the time of my birth my mum was a student and my dad lived in France they have moved back to Nigeria, I have my only sibling here she registered as a British Citizen as well... Yes i applied using the form T..
yes i came back to the UK on a Visitors visa. since 2004 till now , i have been to college, university , worked and still working... please i need your advise

To be honest i don't have an idea but i attended primary school here, the school has now closed and i have been sent documentation by the London Metropolitan Archives , but the Home office are still not convinced....
