Hi

i am extremely confused as where to add the information about a fixed penalty ticket i received in 2014 on AN application form for jumping a red light (i thought it was amber) whilst on my bicycle.

i will appreciate if you can help me please

You could add it to the further information field at the end of Section 5

Yes further information would be best I guess.

FYI I have added my PCN information there only while submitting the application.
