Hello

One of my cousin has sent application to apply for first british passport. He sent everything but forgot to send passport from original country.

Liverpool office has requested for passport but he only has very old passport that expired in 2003. Passport after that had ILR stamp but he cant find.

Should he send what he has?

Yes; all uncancelled passports are required, even expired ones.

His old passport has Cancelled stamp on it and it expired in 2003.

I have told him to send it.
