Section 6 - AN1 Application form

Hi Guys,
I am applying for British Citizenship, while filling AN1 application form, I am unsure what to write in the below field, please could you help or advise. I have tried searching for similar question on the forum but could not find any info so decided to post my question:
Under Section 6 of AN 1 application form, 6.5 field “Place of Issue” of biometric card.
I am not sure what to write. I received the card in the post after I had given finger prints at Sheffield PEO at the time of ILR.
Please could you advise what I should write in this filed:
- London
- Sheffield PEO
- UKVI
