Hi.

I'm after updates. Is it true that when home office ask for further information it means the case is at its last stages?

I sent application in January, biometrics in February and they sent questionnaire to ask how I supported myself betwern 2006 and 2009. I sent back questionnaire which they received 26 July. I'm still waiting to hear from them.

There are few discernible patterns to HO activities.
Hard to say without someone 'on the inside'.

After requesting a call from home office. Someone called me saying our cases are still not concluded. It been almost a month since they received further documents from me. Would an mp help at this point or its not worth it and just wait.? Thanks

So its around 7 months processing so far - but it is now slapbang into the UK holiday season.
We've also had a bunch of bank holidays throughout the year - and possibly some sort of application rush due to Brexit.

Doubtful you will find an MP at their desk at this time anyway, (don't they migrate to south of France, Caribbean & etc at this time of year?!).

I would sit tight for as long as you can bear it, at least into September.

South of France sounds about right. Will hang on as much as I can
